I’m Trish.  You’re probably here because you know me already and you’ll know my weight goes up and down for various reasons, not all of them always within my apparent control.  I want to get healthy so I can enjoy a long and happy life.  I’m seeking stability and sanity in my eating habits and looking for ways of exercising that I will actually do, maybe even enjoy.  I want to move towards being a weight where my body feels healthy and having those 3 magical things exercise gives – stamina, suppleness and strength.  I despise the Diet Industry and have no time for anyone who wants to fat-bash, just so you know.  Looking to be the best me that I can be.

Currently working as a Specialist Stop Smoking Advisor and residing in the beautiful depths of Shepherds Bush.
